At Pastiolot, we are proud to share that, once again, we have successfully completed the IFS audit, reaffirming that the quality and safety of our products are always our top priority. For us, it is not just about meeting a standard; it is a way to demonstrate that every product leaving our facilities has been crafted with care and responsibility.<\/p>\n

Our mission has been clear for over 30 years: to offer frozen pastry products that are both delicious and safe. The trust of our customers is our driving force, and complying with the IFS Food<\/span><\/a> standard allows us to ensure that we meet their expectations.<\/p>\n

Thorough evaluation, highest rating<\/h5>\n

Over the course of three days, every aspect of our production chain was analyzed: from the hygiene and safety of our facilities to the processes of product storage and transportation, including staff training and internal control protocols.<\/p>\n

The results were very positive: we obtained the Higher Level<\/b> rating, the highest level within the IFS Food standard. This means that we not only meet the minimum requirements but exceed expectations in terms of food safety and quality control. It is a recognition of the entire team and the passion with which we work every day.<\/p>\n

The IFS Food audit<\/b> is an internationally recognized process, endorsed by the Global Food Safety Initiative<\/b><\/span><\/a> (GFSI)<\/b>, aimed at ensuring that food products meet the highest standards of safety and quality. It is not merely a superficial review; for several days, independent experts evaluate every stage of the production process: raw materials, handling, packaging, and storage.<\/p>\n
