Pumpkin Pie: A delicious pumpkin cake with our own cream cheese, white chocolate and orange zest. The creamiest and fluffiest of the entire range.
Lemon Velvet: Three layers of spongy yellow sponge cake separated by three soft layers of lemon cream and cream cheese. As well as having some of our most spectacular decoration, this is a favourite with those who prefer a fresher, lighter cake.
Choco-Cookie: A chocolate sponge cake with our own custard cream, delicious crunchy cookies, and three layers of chocolate cream. Made by and for chocolate lovers. It definitely has the most elegant decoration in the range thanks to its shiny milk chocolate coating over cookies.
Banoffee: Three layers of banana and salted caramel sponge cake with salted caramel cream, soft cream cheese, white chocolate and puréed banana. Decorated with crunchy chopped pecan nuts. A real temptation for banana and caramel lovers!
Purple Velvet: Soft violet coloured sponge cakes with three thin layers of blueberry jam and three layers of cream cheese. Its base of violet sponge cake crumbs makes it wonderfully fluffy. Decorated with blueberry jam, chocolate-coated cereal balls and Red Velvet sponge cake crumbs.
Manila: Chocolate sponge cakes filled with dulce de leche and smooth cream cheese.
Its striking base of chocolate cake crumbs melts in your mouth. The cake’s is decorated with cream cheese and dulce de leche, with crispy chopped white chocolate and dark chocolate cookies.
