The main purpose of the annual food safety audit recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) is to guarantee the safety and quality of processed products.
For three days, the audit has assessed the safety standards implemented at Pastiolot, which has successfully passed the evaluation parameters and obtained a Higher Level rating.
