Award-Winning Product

The product that earned us this recognition is the Greek-Style Yogurt Lingot with Nuts. It is a delicious cake made of Greek-style yogurt mousse from La Fageda on a sponge base, carefully decorated with nuts.

Organized by Puratos, the awards aim to honor companies that have made innovation their investment in the future, offering consumers products that are more convenient, tasty, healthy, and sustainable.

The Taste Tomorrow Awards feature a jury made up of professionals and experts from the bakery, pastry, confectionery, and chocolate industries. Notable members include:

  • Mauricio García de Quevedo, CEO of the Spanish Federation of Food and Beverage Industries (FIAB).
  • Silvia Hofmann, Director of Hofmann Group, recognized for excellence in training and gastronomy.
  • Toni Valls, CEO of Alimentaria Exhibitions, one of the leading international trade fairs in the sector.
  • Jaime de Haro, Director of IPMARK, a media outlet specialized in marketing and communication.
  • Eva Ballarín, expert in tourism, MICE, and HORECA, with extensive experience in the sector.
  • Mabel Mas Navarro, Director of Time Out Spain, a leading platform for urban recommendations.
  • Manuel Carreras Fisas, Founder of the Guía Macarfi, a benchmark in the gastronomic field.

Their mission is to evaluate each entry using strict criteria of innovation, quality, creativity, and feasibility, ensuring that winners reflect the most relevant trends and best practices in the sector. This rigorous selection process guarantees that the awards recognize truly pioneering solutions with market impact potential.
